        In the decisive decade until 2030, Multilateral Development Banks like the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank must focus on supporting the core purpose of the Paris Agreement's adaptation goal while closing the investment gap. The populations most vulnerable to climate change impacts should benefit most from principled finance in infrastructure to support the Sustainable Development Goals.
