Starting from March 10th till 16th 2023, the seven-day long third annual Gobeshona Global Conference on Locally Led Adaptation will be hosted by the International Centre for Climate Change and Development (ICCCAD) online.
This event will bring together researchers, practitioners and supporters of Locally-Led Adaptation (LLA) under one platform to focus on Learning and Measuring progress locally, nationally and globally, each year and track progress year on year.
The aim of the Gobeshona Global conference, from 2023 onwards will be to stimulate actions amongst the participants, inspire people to start their own initiatives (through research or practice) and encourage collaborations; which they will take forward between conferences and come back each year to report on their progress.
The agenda for the third edition of Gobeshona Global Conference is “Monitoring Locally-Led Adaptation & Resilience”.
